From Resilience to Momentum: What 2025 Meant for TFX
With our 2025 numbers finalized and the year officially behind us, we’ve taken time to reflect on what we accomplished and what it signals for the road ahead. Here’s our perspective, TFX style.
As we closed out 2025 and stepped into 2026, one theme stood out: the 2026 Outlook published by Cushman & Wakefield, which describes the U.S. CRE market moving from resilience to optimism.
It’s a compelling read, and it resonated with us. Despite the headwinds the industry faced last year, the indicators are pointing toward renewed activity and confidence. If you have not had a chance to review it yet, it is well worth your time.
At TFX, that evolution from resilience to optimism mirrors our own experience in 2025 and how we are approaching 2026. If we had to choose one word to describe last year, it would be: Momentum.
Circular Impact, Measured
2025 was a significant year for TFX. We saw meaningful growth across the board, including larger projects, new clients, and expanded territories. The year even included a 100,000 square foot furniture installation in Mexico. We are also continuing to expand our capabilities to serve the U.S. Southwest, with more details to come.
More importantly, our growth translated into measurable impact:
18,000+ tons of CO₂ emissions prevented from entering the atmosphere
18+ million pounds of materials recycled
25,000+ pieces of furniture repurposed
122,000+ items diverted from landfills
85,000+ pieces of furniture and items donated
20+ million dollars saved
These are not abstract sustainability claims. They represent operational decisions made inside buildings across the country.
Each project presents a choice: landfill or diversion. Replace or remanufacture. Extract or extend. In 2025, more organizations chose extension.
What’s Behind the Momentum?
Growth only works when you grow smart. Behind the scenes throughout 2025, we invested heavily in our infrastructure, processes, and people so we can scale while protecting what matters most: quality, speed, and customer experience.
Over the past year, we have:
Increased headcount and cross-trained teams
Improved workflows to support higher throughput
Upgraded systems to keep operations running smoothly
These are investments clients may not see directly, but they feel the impact through faster turnarounds, smoother execution, and projects delivered sustainably, on time, and on budget.
Momentum is also reflected in the services we are building. In 2026, we will roll out an expanded suite that complements our core strengths in decommissioning, liquidation, and remanufacturing.
You can expect updates on expanded e-waste management and light construction support in the months ahead.
How Momentum Happens
Momentum is built by people.
To our incredible staff, thank you for your energy, grit, and willingness to tackle challenges head on. Your commitment drives everything we accomplish.
To our clients and partners, thank you for your trust and confidence in our ability to take on complex, high stakes projects. You make this work meaningful.
We are grateful for the resilience of 2025 and energized by the momentum carrying us into 2026.
