Project Spotlight: A Full-Circle Office Transformation

Great things can happen when one committed team helps a client achieve a full-circle workplace transformation, creating a fresh new look that is both cost-effective and sustainable.

Recently, TFX did just that for the Partnership for Maternal and Child Health of Northern New Jersey.

The project began with the liquidation of their existing space and continued through the installation of their new office. By tapping into our inventory of remanufactured furniture, TFX helped reduce waste, keep costs low, and meet tight time constraints. With one team managing the process, we were also able to support a smoother transition from start to finish.

The new space included 35+ Herman Miller workstations with sit-stand desks and pedestals, 10 private offices with sit-stand desks, modesty panels, and bookcases, Knoll Generation chairs throughout the workstations and private offices, and conference rooms outfitted with custom laminate conference tables and remanufactured Steelcase Think chairs.

Our team also handled the finishing touches that bring a workplace together, including pantry chairs, a reception desk, end tables, nesting tables, and more.

Projects like this show what is possible when one experienced partner with expertise in both decommissioning and remanufacturing supports the full lifecycle of a workplace, from liquidation to installation. For the Partnership for Maternal and Child Health of Northern New Jersey, the result was a cost-effective, circular path to a fresh new office, a seamless transition, and a space ready to support the important work ahead.
